OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA – James E. Finch, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Oklahoma, announced the FBI is asking for the public’s assistance in locating David Louis Siany, 51.

Siany was charged per a criminal complaint on January 29, 2009, with Bank Robbery, a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2113(a). An arrest warrant was issued on that same date. Siany is accused of robbing BancFirst, 809 Cornell Parkway(near I-40 and Meridian), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on January 27, 2009.

Siany is also a suspect in the January 22, 2009, robbery of Bank of America, 5101 S. Sheridan, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

On both robberies, Siany was seen driving a green Dodge Caravan. Siany is believed to be in a 2005 blue-green Dodge Caravan.

The investigation is being conducted by the FBI, Oklahoma City Police Department and Tulsa Police Department. The case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Western District of Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Bankers Association offers a reward of up to $2000 for information leading to the identification, arrest, and/or conviction of anyone robbing a member bank.
