OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA – James E. Finch, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Oklahoma, Ronnie Smith, Sr., Chief, Lawton Police Department, and Norman McNickle, Chief, Stillwater Police Department, announced the arrests of Todd Vincent Rudisill, 22, Tyson Charles Martin, 19, and Bryan Ross Benton, 23, related to the robbery of City National Bank, 4510 S.E. Lee Blvd., Lawton, Oklahoma.

On December 2, 2008, a white male wearing a mask entered City National Bank and provided a demand note to the branch manager, Todd Vincent Rudisill. The alleged robber gathered the money and exited the bank on foot.

Based on a tip provided to the FBI, Tyson Charles Martin and Bryan Ross Benton, both of Stillwater, Oklahoma, were identified as being involved in the robbery. Further investigation revealed that Rudisill participated in the plan to rob the bank.

Yesterday afternoon, Martin and Benton were arrested by the Stillwater Police Department and the FBI. Yesterday evening, Rudisill was arrested by the FBI and Lawton Police Department. All three face federal charges related to the robbery.

The investigation was conducted by the FBI, Lawton Police Department and the Stillwater Police Department.
