OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA – James E. Finch, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Oklahoma, announced the arrest of Michael Kelvin Douglas, 51, of Woodward, Oklahoma, related to drug trafficking.
Douglas was arrested without incident at 8:15 p.m. on Friday, November 14, by the FBI, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
A Criminal Complaint was filed in the Western District of Oklahoma on November 17 charging Douglas with the violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section(s) 841(a)(1), possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Douglas was arrested approximately two miles south of Watonga on Highway 270. According to the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Complaint, Douglas was arrested following a purchase of approximately five ounces of methamphetamine.
The investigation was conducted by the FBI and Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs.
