OKLAHOMA
CITY, OKLAHOMA – Michael B. Ward, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau
of Investigation in Oklahoma, and Ted Williams, Chief, Moore Police Department,
announced the arrests of Wacey Gerron
Mikles, 24, and Eric Justin Moses, 26, both of
Oklahoma City, related to today’s robbery of Bank of Oklahoma, located inside
Crest Foods, 1315 N. Eastern, Moore Oklahoma.
At approximately 10:44 a.m. today, a white
male approached a teller at Bank of Oklahoma and demanded money. He exited the bank and was seen fleeing in a
vehicle. The vehicle information was
provided to Moore Police Department.
Moore Police Officers spotted the vehicle and were able to stop it on
North 27th Street near Interstate 35 in Moore. Mikles and Moses
were arrested without incident by Moore Police Officers.
Mikles and Moses face Federal Bank Robbery
charges.
The investigation is being conducted by Moore
Police Department, Oklahoma City Police Department, Norman Police Department, Warr Acres Police Department and the FBI.
Mikles is a suspect in several other bank robberies
in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
