OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA – Michael B. Ward, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Oklahoma, announced the FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Kejuan Lavell Daniels, 33, formerly of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
In
2005, the FBI, TPD, DEA and IRS-CID began investigating a Tulsa Police Department
(TPD) records clerk who was suspected of providing confidential police information
on active investigations to criminal suspects, including Daniels. The investigation revealed that the TPD
clerk was romantically involved with Daniels. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
and TPD had been investigating Daniels since 2004 for cocaine trafficking. The
investigation also revealed that a TPD detective assigned to the Special Investigations
Division had been providing Daniels with sensitive law enforcement information. The detective also warned Daniels of a
pending search warrant of his residence.
A Federal warrant was issued June 7, 2007,
for Daniels arrest. Daniels was last seen in the Chicago, Illinois, and Dallas,
Texas, areas. He is believed
to be utilizing a false driver’s license.
Daniels is considered to be armed and dangerous.
The investigation is being conducted by the FBI, TPD, DEA and IRS-CID.
Anyone with information regarding Daniels’
whereabouts is asked to contact their local FBI office. A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered
by the FBI for information that leads to the location and arrest of Daniels.
