OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA – Michael B. Ward, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Oklahoma, announced the arrest of Charlie Eugene Tinsley, 38, of Lawton, Oklahoma, related to threatening a Federal official.
Tinsley was charged yesterday per a Federal Criminal Complaint for violation of Title 18, Section 115, Threatening to Murder a Social Security Administration Judge.
Tinsley was arrested without incident at approximately 5:45 p.m. yesterday afternoon by FBI Agents at his residence which is located in the 400 block of SW 14th St. in Lawton, Oklahoma.
