TULSA, OKLAHOMA FUGITIVE ARRESTED BY DALLAS FBI ON NOVEMBER 27, 2007

 

Robert E. Casey Jr., Special Agent In Charge, Dallas FBI, announced today the arrest of KEJUAN LAVELLE DANIELS, 34, whose last known address was in Tulsa, Oklahoma. DANIELS was arrested at 6:00 AM, November 27, 2007, in the 1500 block of Baker Drive in Cedar Hill, Texas, without incident, by members of the Dallas FBI’s Safe Streets Task Force.

DANIELS was charged June 7, 2007, in the Northern District of Oklahoma, with several Federal criminal violations including Conspiracy To Possess With Intent To Distribute And Distribution Of 5 Kilograms Or More Of Cocaine Base; Possession With Intent To Distribute And Distribution Of 500 Grams Or More Of Cocaine; Use Of A Communication Facility in Facilitating The Commission Of A Drug Trafficking Felony; and Establishment Of Or Maintaining A Location To Store, Manufacture, Distribute Or Use Cocaine Or Cocaine Base. DANIELS was considered Armed and Dangerous.

DANIELS is scheduled to appear before a U.S Federal Magistrate for the Northern District of Texas on November 27, 2007.

The Dallas FBI’s Safe Streets Task Force is comprised of FBI Agents and Investigators from the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, Dallas Police Department, Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Public Safety, Garland Police Department, Texas Rangers and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

The public is reminded that an indictment is not evidence of guilt and that all defendants in criminal cases are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
