OKLAHOMA
CITY, OKLAHOMA – Michael B. Ward, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau
of Investigation in Oklahoma, and William Citty, Chief,
Oklahoma City Police Department, announced the arrest of Janet Streetman, 59, of
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, related to today’s robbery of Mid-First Bank, 7100 W.
Hefner, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
At
approximately 12:50 p.m. today, a white female approached a teller at Mid-First
Bank and demanded money. The robber
displayed a pistol in her waistband. She
exited the bank on foot.
Janet Streetman was arrested by Oklahoma City
Police Department in the area of the bank.
The money believed taken during the robbery was recovered by Oklahoma
City Police Department as was a toy pistol.
Streetman will be held on armed robbery
charges and faces Federal Bank Robbery charges.
The investigation is being conducted by the Oklahoma
City Police Department and the FBI.
