Stratford Man Sentenced to 78 Months in Federal Prison After Pleading Guilty to Possessing Child Porn

Oklahoma City, OK—Late yesterday, Randall A. Judd, 63, of Stratford, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to possession of child pornography and was sentenced by Chief United States District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange to serve 78 months in federal prison followed by five years supervised release. According to court records, Judd possessed 1,238 pictures and 122 videos of child pornography on three computer hard drives. Judd had acquired the child pornography via the Internet. As a result of his conviction, Judd will be required to register as a sex offender.

The case is the result of an investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon Hale.
