OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—Yesterday, KENNETH LEON HATCHETT, 51, of Fort Supply, Oklahoma, pled guilty to robbing the Central National Bank of Alva with a knife on February 25, 2009, announced John C. Richter, United States Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma. As a result of his guilty plea, Hatchett faces a maximum potential penalty of 25years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. Sentencing will take place in approximately ninety days. The case is the result of an investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Andre’ B. Caldwell.
