EDMOND MAN TO SERVE MORE THAN SIX YEARS IN PRISON FOR POSSESSING CHILD PORN

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma —DARYL JOHN VANDONK, 30, of Edmond, Oklahoma, was sentenced today to serve 80 months in federal prison for possession of child pornography. Vandonk was charged in July of 2008 and, one month later, he pled guilty admitting that he knowingly possessed a pornographic computer image of a female child, approximately five to seven years old.

This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Edmond Police Department. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Sanford C. Coats.
