HARRAH MAN INDICTED FOR POSSESSION OF CHILD PORN

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - John C. Richter, United States Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma, announced today that a federal grand jury has returned an indictment against DAVID WAYNE BRESE, 24, of Harrah, Oklahoma, for five separate counts of possession of child pornography.

If convicted, Brese faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.

The case is the result of an investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Randy Sengel.

The public is reminded that the indictment is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Reference is made to the indictment for further information.
